Tom Berry Jr. Back in Victory Lane at Marshalltown

Marshalltown Speedway has been good to Tom Berry Jr. in 2025.

The Bend, Oregon native—now calling Marshalltown, Iowa home to further his racing career—picked up his fifth win of the season and his second at the Iowa quarter-mile this past weekend during KIX 101.1 FM Night.

"We needed this one," Berry said. "We haven't had much fall our way this season, so its nice to get wins when we can, it helps offset the bad days. Thanks to all my sponsors and friends for supporting me!"

Berry joined IMCA Modified at the quarter-mile oval on Friday, where he drove into the feature with a fourth-to-first heat showing. Starting from even further back, Berry took the green from the outside row three and marched to the front. He wrestled the lead from Zane DeVilbiss on the third circuit and fended off Dallon Murty's late charge to claim the 20-lap victory.
