TBJ takes Wedelstadt Racing No. 77 to Victory Lane at CAR
Tom Berry Jr.'s 2025 season officially kicked off over the weekend at Central Arizona Speedway (Casa Grande, Ariz.) and the Bend, Oregon left the facility with his first win of the year.
For the first round of the inaugural Ernie Mincy Early Thaw Memorial, Berry backed up a third-to-first run in his heat race with another run forward in Thursday's opener. Berry took the green in fifth and climbed two positions in the 20-lapper to finish third.
Grabbing another podium finish on Friday night, Tom fended off a charging Ethan Braaksma in the feature to register another third-place outing.
On Saturday, Berry rocketed into the main event with an impressive seventh-to-first charge in his heat race. Leading start-to-finish, Tom rolled to his first win of the season, finishing ahead of Kollin Hibdon and Tyson Blood.
